1. Conditions for Return & Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances: 1.Damaged or Defective Products: If the product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. 2.Incorrect Product: If a product different from what was ordered is delivered. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must meet the following criteria: 1.Must be in saleable condition, unused, and unworn. 2.Original folds, packaging, and product tags must be retained and intact. 3.The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
2. Initiating a Return Request
Customers are required to raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product(s). To initiate a request, please follow these steps: 1.Contact our customer care department via email at [Your Email Address] or phone at [Your Phone Number]. 2.Provide comprehensive details of the defect or complaint, along with clear images of the product and the specific issue. 3.Important: We highly recommend recording a clear video of the item unboxing. This can significantly assist in processing your return request efficiently.
3. Return Process
1.Once your return request is approved by our quality check team, you will be instructed to send the eligible product(s) to our designated address within7 business days.
2.The customer is responsible for the courier charges for returning the product. However, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, the courier charges will be reimbursed to the customer via a credit note or equivalent.
Please ensure your name, order number, and mobile number are clearly mentioned on the top of the packaging.
4.Inspection and Approval
All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality check team. Our team reserves the sole right to determine if the product(s) are eligible for return/exchange based on our policy criteria. If a product does not meet our quality check standards, it will be returned to the customer, and the customer will bear the shipment charges.
5.Product Specifications Disclaimer
Please note that product specifications and details (such as color, weight, size, and embellishments) mentioned on our website are approximate. Variations may occur due to factors like screen resolution, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of our sarees. Return requests based solely on these minor variations will not be accepted. Color Variation: There might be a slight color variation (up to 20%) due to differences in display settings and lighting conditions. We strive to display the most accurate colors possible. Embellishments: Sarees with beaded embroidery or sequins may experience some shedding of embellishments, which is a common characteristic of such handwork and not considered a defect. We encourage customers to contact us for any clarifications regarding product details before making a purchase.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
1.Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or approved by our team.
2.If a customer wishes to cancel an orderwithin 24 hours of placement and before it is dispatched, and there is no damage or defect, they will receive store credits only, not a direct refund.
3.Varnamozhi Silks reserves the right to cancel any order due to technical issues or stock unavailability, with a full refund processed to the customer within 7 working days.
7.Refund Procedure
1.Once the returned product(s) aligns with our return policy and passes the quality check, we will process the refund or exchange.
2.Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 working days from the receipt of the eligible product(s).
3.For orders paid via Net Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, or UPI, the refund amount will be credited to the original source account within 7-14 business days, depending on banking channels.
4.Varnamozhi Silks holds the sole right to decide the form of refund, which may include a credit note/voucher or an exchange for another product of equal or lesser value.
