attempts to bypass security measures or goes beyond previously permitted boundaries to access designated sections of the Website such as user profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend requests, and other sections of the Website or seeks passwords and personal identifiable information for nefarious, commercial, or other unlawful ventures from fellow users.

Offends any statute of law as existing at the relevant time.

Threaten the sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, public order, or incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or hampers the investigation of any offense or insults any other nation.

Varnamozhi Silks retains all the rights to suspend or terminate the access of users who engage in the practices mentioned above, directly or indirectly.

12. Indemnification

Varnamozhi Silks and any of its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, and assigns are to be indemnified and held harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, in relation to the following:

If Varnamozhi Silks is exposed to claims or litigation as a result of your conduct, Varnamozhi Silks is entitled to obtain from you such written commitments as Varnamozhi Silks is entitled to receive as a promise of indemnification. The failure to receive such security might be seen as a serious breach of this Agreement. You have the sole obligation to defend Varnamozhi Silks against any action brought against him/her but you must have obtained prior written approval from Varnamozhi Silks for any associated settlement.
